Program Information


Total Aquatic Solutions - App
Please download our App from the Apple App store or Google Play stores. Our App has direct links to our Customer Portal, fees/price list, program information, term dates, pathways, news etc.


Bookings / Classes
All class bookings can be found on the Customer Portal. Go to the 'My Account' section, select 'Students'. You will then see 'Enrolments', under each student’s name. Simply click on “Enrolment”, here you can view your Current Enrolments, Transfer Enrolment (changes time/day), Drop Enrolment and record any Absences. When you are accessing the portal, please check and update any vital information that has changed or may be missing.


Statements
Account statements will be sent via a separate email. If you have available credits attributed to your account, this amount will be automatically applied. to your Term fees. 

Fees
All fees are charged by the term, and are due the first week of each term.

Office Hours - during Term Operations

Our office hours are 2.30pm to 6.30pm - Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, it is best you contact us via email or message us on our App.
